EliteStar Sport & Recovery ("EliteStar", "we", "us") operates a physical retail showroom at 1051 Steeles Ave W, Toronto, ON M2R 2S9, Canada. Information We Collect
Because EliteStar operates on an in-person, same-day pickup retail model, most transactions do not require us to collect personal information. We may collect limited information only when necessary, including: your name and contact details if you request a hold or inventory check; billing details processed by our payment terminal provider; and warranty or return records tied to a receipt.
How We Use Information
Information is used solely to complete your in-store purchase, honour warranties, fulfil legal and tax obligations, and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Payment Information
Card payments are processed directly by our payment terminal provider. EliteStar does not store full card numbers on its systems.
Retention
Transaction records are retained only as long as required by applicable Ontario and Canadian tax, consumer protection, and accounting laws.
Your Rights
Ontario residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about them, subject to legal retention requirements. Requests can be made in person at the showroom.
